I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you can’t sign in, you can reset your password in a few steps. You’ll need access to the email address on your Tangles account.

Shortcut: open “Need help logging in?” and follow the prompts.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the login screen and click Need help logging in?.
  2. Choose Reset password and enter your account email.
  3. Check your inbox for an email from Tangles and click the reset link.
    The link expires for security—use it soon.
  4. Enter a new password and confirm it, then submit.
  5. Sign in with your new password.
Not seeing the email? Check spam/junk, search “Tangles password”, or wait a minute and try Resend.
